It's our people that make Tenet award-winning. We're really proud to have exceptionally talented individuals working hard to make our advisers' experience the best it can be. Every 4 weeks we survey our employees to take the pulse of the workforce. This gives us eNPS scores and feedback from employees on what we’re doing well and where we can improve. From this we get fantastic insight into our culture and the initiative enables employees to play a key role in shaping the business.


As a result, we have exceptional employee engagement far above the industry benchmark. Below are some of the key findings:

Our best driver is ‘Peer Relationships’ with an eNPS score of 73, putting us in the top 5% of the industry.
