Discussing how technology can bring significant benefits to advisers, Mark said,
"From our perspective, we've seen a huge increase in productivity as a consequence of technology. It has allowed us to have better visibility and more control regarding how we operate, and it's a much better experience for the end client because we're all digitally connected.
So there's been a shift in the last 24 months in regard to how we how we operate, and we can be much, much more simple, much more straightforward, much more predictable, and therefore safer."
