- We’ve invested millions in new technology and improvements over the past couple of years, such as a new dedicated online CPD portal, a personal finance portal, and further integrated and developed Intelliflo (IO) with our own proprietary technology.
- Dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advisers, we revamped our mentoring schemes enabling our members to nurture their own and helping qualified advisers achieve competent adviser status (CAS).
- We launched a free recruitment service to members that covers both advisers and non-advising support staff.
- We introduced an online helpdesk and ticketing system that has slashed response times and resulted in an average 94% positive rating feedback from members.
- We’ve continued to use our network focus groups to understand the ‘real world’ day-to-day implications policy and support changes have on our advisers.
