Technology in financial advice has the ability to make things "simpler, quicker, easier and more accurate", believes Mark Scanlon, Tenet CEO.
Speaking in an interview with Professional Adviser editor Tom Ellis, at the PA360 Conference, Mark also said technology enables face-to-face advice but that, over time, it will migrate down to younger clients and that at some stage it can be fully digital for a simpler advice process.
