Lending panel boosted with Zephyr Homeloans

Tenet Network Services, one of the UK’s leading financial adviser networks supporting independent financial advice, has appointed dedicated buy-to-let (BTL) lender Zephyr Homeloans to its lending panel.

The appointment makes Zephyr’s range of competitive mortgage products available to Tenet’s network of 700 mortgage advisers across the UK. Zephyr lends to individuals and limited companies for single BTL investments or large portfolios. It offers mortgages for both standard houses and specialist properties, such as Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFBs), new builds and flats above commercial.

Zephyr’s range of products, which offers a choice of product-fee options, does not require upfront application fees.
