Tenet Network Services has been shortlisted for the Professional Adviser awards 2022. Last year, Tenet successfully took home the title.
So, what's led to Tenet appearing in the Best Network shortlist? Let's have a look at just some of the key highlights of 2021:
- We successfully released digital enhancements to our service such as online helpdesks and ticketing systems. This has allowed us to reduce our response times significantly, in some cases eight-fold and resulting in consistently positive feedback from members.
- We've introduced an online portal for recording all CPD, with an interactive interface featuring a progress dashboard, integrated CPD logging, and alerts and reminders with links to assessments.
- Answering member calls for support with complex cases, our research hub has seen a 3-fold increase in demand, providing specialist support in areas including maximising pension contributions, achieving lifetime allowance, extracting cash from businesses.
- We've introduced new measures to enhance our protection against upcoming regulatory change. This has included tightening membership criteria for both new and existing members. This is all part of our strategy of future-proofing the network for heightened regulatory scrutiny.
- Finding the next generation of advisers is difficult but vital to growth. We launched our recruitment offering, giving members two free recruitment campaigns annually, and subsided services thereafter – saving members a combined c.£180,000 over the past six months.
